Pine Valley Lodge is located in the thriving community of Hinton, also known as the “Gateway to the Rockies." This  30-unit lodge has been awarded top honors by "Communities in Bloom" for having beautiful, tranquil gardens. The Hinton Pine Valley Senior Lodge Society has provided a wonderful 16-passenger bus for our seniors. Further, town buses stop right across the street, making shopping and doctor appointments easy to schedule.

Monthly Fees

Rents are established at Pine Valley Lodge by using the RGI (Rent Geared to Income) formula. The Evergreens Foundation Board of Directors set rents annually,  while ensuring each resident is left with some disposable income per Alberta Seniors guidelines.
