About Evergreens Lodges


The Lodge program provides housing for Alberta Senior Citizens  at affordable monthly rents and offers accommodation to those who no longer wish or are unable to maintain an independent household. Lodges are located in rural towns so senior citizens can remain in or near their home communities. Single and double occupancy rooms contain some basic furnishings, drapes and linen. A complete meal plan, linen laundering and housekeeping services are all included.



Alpine Summit Senior's Lodge, Jasper

Located in beautiful Jasper National Park, Alpine Summit opened its doors in 2008. This facility has 16 Lodge units, 5 deluxe suites, and 16 Designated Assisted Living units. Read more ...

Pine Valley Senior’s Lodge, Hinton

This 30 unit lodge is located in the thriving community of Hinton, the “Gateway to the Rockies.” This single level building is surrounded by beautifully kept grounds in a residential area. Whispering Pines Senior's Lodge, Grande Cache

Grande Cache boasts of their majestic panorama of 21 mountains, and their close proximity to Wilmore Wilderness Park and various lakes. The Whispering Pines Lodge was built in 2005 and is composed of 30 suites, 5 of which are self-contained units. It is also adjoined to the town's Health Centre (hospital). Read more ...

Sunshine Place Senior's Lodge, Evansburg

The hamlet of Evansburg is near the Pembina River and is home to our Sunshine Place Lodge. Although owned by The Evergreens Foundation, this facility is operated by The Good Samaritan Society who own and operate the adjoing Pembina Village long-term care facility and dementia cottages. Only an hours drive from Edmonton, there is access to appointments and shopping in the city. Read more ...
